Halls of Fate players should be credited a few days playing time

The amount this server is going down, Daybreak needs to credit us a few free days or something. We are paying for a service they constantly cannot provide. RadarX, you say the problem was fixed....but we have heard that every single time that stupid server goes down. I don't get how you guys keep having so many issues with the server, and yet really not shown any thought to the people playing. We get a simple cold and short, "there was a small issue with the server and it has been fixed"...time and time again. What about our downtime we haven't gotten our money's worth?

I missed double scrolls when it went down late the other day. I went to bed instead of waiting. I could care less about free days. I would just love my 2 scrolls

As this is not a direct support issue I do need to close it.
