    Same here I just sent in a ticket. I even tried to start from the eq2.exe, and that didn't work, I temporarily disabled my firewall, no go there as well, then I went to the main website, chose download, then chose repair, to get a new launchpad, that didn't work either.

    So, I am in the same boat now.

    I also reinstalled directx

    Yes, I am unable to log in. I have removed the logincache, allowed pop-ups, turned off the firewall, etc. Noting working for me.

    Thanks Gninja, I should have checked here first. Usually it's my wifi that is the problem on first attempt at log-in. I turn wifi off, then on again and then the Log-in works. So thought it was my PC. Next time I'll check the forums first. Any idea when to expect fix? Will you post the fix here?

    I have only been able to enter from the executable; but from time to time I appear in Obulus 2 and the last time I was transported to Obulus the game was closed.

    Seems running everquest2.exe in the same directory as launchpad (assuming you have patched recently) should get you in (well I'm in.)
