Lost the Tanaan Portal Device

    Some time ago, I was doing the Tower of the Four Winds Timeline in the Isle of Mara all the way up to the Antechamber of Fate quest, which requires the Tanaan Portal Device to enter it. I wasn't ready to go into the raid by myself at the time, so...I threw the device away like an idiot. Is there a way to get another one, or did I screw myself over THAT badly?

    have you tried deleting the quest and getting it again?

    The item is the result of a completed quest. I don't know any way to delete a completed quest.

    Did you fill out a /petition and asked nicely for a recovery of this item? I had to trouble the support more often than once for doing that - they could find everything in the logs and restoration was absolutely possible.

    The following change is coming to live servers with the next update:
    • Shady Swashbuckler XVIII - Now offers the Tanaan Portal Device, for those who have completed "The Rift"
    That should solve the issue for ya, Isarin!
