Server Transfer Not Working

    Hey there.
    I've been waiting for 3 days since buying a server transfer, and my character hasn't transferred.
    I also opened a ticket but have no responses to it.
    I use the token, click yes, it logs me out, and then doesn't ever complete the transfer.
    I know things are busy around the holidays, but help please!

    Try moving to a zone like Commonlands and trying again. I think it might be some coincidence between your character and being in Obulus.

    Just tried it again, from commonlands.
    Will check in 15 min.

    Still nothing When I check back in, the token isn't consumed and I am still on Maj'Dul.

    I submitted again. I don't know if it needs to be done manually or what... Not exactly sure what is happening but I appreciate your time in helping this get fixed. Thanks a bunch!

    Now all of my Characters are gone. I am hoping this is a side effect of someone working on my account right now?

    However, it does appear all my homes were lost when I moved?

    It usually takes your homes a bit longer to move. Give them a few days.

    And if your houses don't show up soon, file a petition on the website. They are very good about restoring houses and items, and usually pretty fast about it.

    Anyone know if there a reason Server Transfer Tokens are no longer showing up under Services in the Marketplace? I have been a subscriber for several years so that isn't the issue. And they were there when I looked over the weekend. Maybe I missed something.
