I agree with this. I bought the healer crates for my ranger and wound up getting Kelestra. Or however you spell her name The token was no trade so I claimed it on my ranger. But thats unfair. Paying real money for these and not being able to trade vetween toons. Hopefully this is fixed soon.
While I'm not a crate purchasing type I agree that they should be heirloom being as you are paying real world money
