    This item's effect does
Here are my problems with this item.

    1. No single proc should account for 45% or more of someones DPS (Have seen it do 25mil on a 50mil parse)
    2. It costs 100,000,000 status
    3. I'm 60,000,000 status short
    4. It'll probably get nerfed as soon as buy one, middle of next year probably.

Seriously though, this thing is crazy and I can see high end scouts being denied raid spots for not having this item.

My quest for the Devs is, is this item intended to be THIS powerful?

Are there going to be other items with this or similar procs available as raid drops?

    Scoundrel's Slip: proc dmg 13110000, procs per minute 3, 13110000 * 3 / 60 = 655500 dps per encounter target

Adv Solo drops Sacricial Staff or Turn the Tide both have Early Advantage, fairly easy to get (I have 2 shields and 1 staff on my alt army)
    Early Advantage: proc dmg 8970000, procs per minute 3, 8970000 * 3 / 60 = 448500 dps on single target

I'm not seeing a major issue due to the cost, other than I want this for the threat positional for my beastlord.. most critical (boss) fights are single target, the rest are trash clearing fights.

Note, 3 procs per minute is the max either effect can proc.. those could easily proc much less than 3 times per minute.

No one is being denied a raid spot for not having a relic ranged. In fact, most guilds would prefer you to use your dog line ring. And 25m dps? Perhaps on beta when you could triple stack finishers, but not on live. Lacerator proc does less than 2m dps out of my 50-85m parses

It used to do more and hit much harder (80 mill+ hits) on beta until it was nerfed. Maybe it looks like it is doing crazy damage in a heroic group where the proc is doing more than a player's personal output. Scoundrel's Slip, unless it is doing over 2.5x its current damage, will not benefit a serious raid more than other raid-wide relics, other than just for knocking out some trash.

yup I just bagged mine for this very reason other stuff out there for raids > then that weapon

Early Advantage is doing just under 2m ZW for me (as a warlock). Not sure where you're getting 25m figures from for a proc that hits only a bit harder.

Wearing this over a relic ring would be very silly.

koko went into teacher mode on me in IRC, apparently the ppm in the effect listing is effected by other things (casting speed, each hit of spell/ca, etc..) I'll let him fry your brains with the math

Why doesn't exist a bow or range mage/priest weapon with same effect?

Yeah at this point you're more likely to be kicked from a raid for wearing that over the sig ring. Same goes for the cloaks. Pretty much just items for heroic zones unless the rings change anytime soon.

Hey at least your classes can equip it mine if they do cant cast half the ca's since they require bow in ranged slot
