i have an issue where i have to go to char select or i crash, but i'll go try.

grrr. i can get "in" the game but crash before a zone loads

I'm afraid to log out of this f2p account and then try to log in again - because it seems to be that once you play on an account and then log out you will get the errors and cannot log in again. This happened to me twice, not sure if others are experiencing it too.

(LOL - good thing I created a personal alt guild last week, so I have f2p accounts I can play on. Not that I really planned to level them, but hey why not? )

I have had no issue with chat or logins on Freeport all day having signed in and out a few times. Perhaps it's a geographically related provider issue?

I was able to get in on my son's account. I logged out and was not able to get back in again. It looks like the account works the first time and then doesn't (at least that is what I've experienced on each of our accounts -- we have three paid and one FTP).

Finally got website to take my login, but patcher and .exe both are not recognizing my pw. Help

I got in just now running from the game folder run as administrator.

Finally got to character select bypassing the launcher, and character loaded properly. Don't want to log out to see if the launcher is working also.

Seeing some recovery and logins now. Let me know if still an issue.

Went to switch and got kicked out again but after 2 tries got in again. Seems to be hit or miss

I was having the same issues yesterday with logging into the forums. I could log into my account, and into the game, but it kept giving me authentication errors when I tried logging into these forums. I tried everything, including clearing cache in browser, /ipconfig flushdns, rebooting, etc., but nothing worked, so I submitted a petition.
The errors I kept getting were:
S Authentication failed!

You were not authenticated.
You may submit your request again by clicking here.
If the problem persists, you may contact the administrator of this site.

I just logged in now, this evening, and it is working again. Only thing I can think is that the server was having problems. I just hope it doesn't happen again. ...now to log into the petition I submitted and tell them it is now working.
