AoM expansion purchase date?

    When can we expect to be able pre-order the AoM xpac? Particularly those of us interested in the collector's edition?

    No pre-order this time, due to SOE's baffling logic and/or money grab.
    All Access members can buy it on November 11. FTP people have to wait until November 25.
    The standard edition will be ~$40 and the collector edition will be ~$90...unless SOE changes things, which is never a surprise.

    Everyone is super quick to mention the price on stuff, but let's remind everyone we get an extra 10% off with All-Access too. Forum hate/complaining is at an all time high for a game we all supposedly enjoy.
