    In your opinion, is this really worth 150 plat? Trying to decide if I want to buy it, as I'm down to 0.1% vitality at lvl 32 crafting. Thoughts?

    Depends on what else you want to do with the plat. If you want to get that crafting level up in a hurry - well fine. 10 days of loyalty tokens - again, if there is nothing else you want to spend them on.
    You could always think about it for a week....

    not worth it. rush orders give the same xp reguardless of your ts vitality

    The reward turn in xp is the same, the vitality does apply to the xp gained on individual items as you craft them. That is relatively small in comparison to the turn in reward.

    TS vitality affects TS trade skills just like potions do, if it did not you would not have it

    right but vitality dont apply to quest turn in, which in the writ grind is where you gain the most exp.

    then why the difference in bonus? the only change was no vitality vs vitality after using adept hands
