It appears that Alma Marigold, the kelethin adventure writ giver on the Thurgadin docks, will only give her adventure writ out once. I've been able to pick up the other withered lands writs multiple times. I've been able to pick up the ethermere writs multiple times (from GH). She, however, will not offer me any more writs from kelethin for either withered lands or eithermere, even though I can pick them up from inside the GH.
