Where Did the Shady Swashbuckler Go?

Can't find him in his usual spot on the docks in Nek Forest. Tried several characters, tried tracking, tried targeting. He's not there.

This is a good question. Was he moved? Is he bugged and missing and bug report needs filed? Is it intentional and feedback is needed to present the case why he is needed? Has he been replaced by another merchant? Inquiring minds want to know, "Where in the World is the Shady Swashbuckler".

I swear he was here yesterday on AB but he's gone today!

It's not a bug, though. I know what's actually going on, but I won't say anything further.

The short answer is that there's an exploit, and Shady is on vacation until the devs fix it.
