Fixed Internally Unable to use Krono

    I've tried several times to use a Krono, and no response after clicking the confirm button. No error or anything. I've tried zoning, logging out and back in. Nothing.

    same here. can't even access varsoon because i can't use my kronos....

    several people I know who pay their subs with krono can't use them.

    Sometimes people have managed to somehow "dupe" a Krono and the behavior of the dupes is weird when people try to use them, as I recall from seeing reports on these forums in the past.

    People having trouble with Krono should be sure to add your server and toon name on this thread so the devs can see how widespread the issue may be.

    More likely it's an issue stemming from their backend problems at the moment with Census/etc.

    Apparently no servers can use krono at the moment, but players can log in to EQ1 and consume krono if they are inclined to install the game.

    Please make sure that Customer Service tickets are being submitted so the appropriate people have the appropriate account information to look into this more deeply. (It isn't a traditional dev-fixable bug, and once player account information gets added to the mix, it is best going through CS rather than the forums.)

    Thanks, Denmum! I just submitted a ticket. I had also done the /bug in game before doing this post. So here's hoping it's resolved quickly.
