where is the Monolith green adornment from?

I need it, but i have no idea where you get it?

also, i heard it's a pain to level it up?

you buy it for 100 talents. then levels are gained by consuming 6 pieces of monoithic gear from vov.originally required 1 of each mono gear slot. thats changed. now its account wide so your alts can help you. its a helpful item but you do not 'need' it. charife in the harbor has it. if you dont have the 100 talents its not visible btw

so if multiple characters on my acct has the monolith adornment, and i consume one piece of gear, all the monolith adorns on my account gets leveled up?

and when you say 6, do you mean 6 different individual gears or it can be 6 belts?(since they are cheap)

6 different slots. Can't repeat any of them.
