A lot of items were removed from the game during the Reitemization of 2011, and a few more after that where strangely removed due to issues with presenting them in the loot table during Time Locked Event servers. This looks like one of them. EQ2i shows that the last time the item was discovered on a server was the Drunder PVP server in 2015, and then probably someone who had the belt who transferred to the Isle of Refuge in 2016. I've been trying to get a good number of items added back into the loot tables of various monsters for a while now, but apparently it's pretty hard to code them back in.
Would be nice to get this one back. It´s a crucial piece for mages in PvP. We are dying to quick. And this is one of the few defensive items there was.
I agree mages really do need some help with survivability! Manashield also comes to mind, in general since the PVP dmg is so high fights dont last long enough for many of these classes to have a chance to shine.
