do you mean the bit in the character window ? if so, go to your UI\default folder and delete the file eq2ui_mainhud_persona.xml - then if you restart eq2, it should download it again. if it doesn't do it automatically, you can click on the little cog next to advanced tools near the bottom left corner, click on validate game assets on the left, then click the validate button on the right side
Also, if you're looking for the old paperdoll thing, I believe the commands to create them are still valid. If you just want to grab a headshot, portrait or full image of your character, you can use the wardrobe preview, or . . . /digs around in a Many-Multi-Pocket-Pouch . . . yeah, I think the old screenshot commands probably still work as well. You could do the orbit thing (in 1st person, you get a 360 of your surround, in 3rd person, you get a 360 series around your character at the center (who could make a 3D printing model from that?? ) Nanu-Nanu!
