    Dear Powers That Be,

Over the years I have gathered many things, and have acquired many no-trade and heirloom items of a variety of types, that I do not wish to get rid of. They are just too neat. I certainly hope to continue my adventures for many years to come, and find even more items (especially ones for my homes) that I won't want to get rid of.

I would be ever so grateful if you would please increase the size of player crafted bags and strong boxes we could use to store things in our bank, shared bank, and house vaults. It has been since bubinga was introduced into the game that we've been able to craft more than 48 slots outside of a small few quests that allows only a single bag to be made or received of a higher holding amount with limited storage placement options.

As much as I enjoy the fine art of organization via depots, it would be wonderful if this could this be a thing, sooner rather than later. Thank you for your time and consideration with regard to this request.

    Respectfully,
    A Future Use Storage Specialist

Those 66 slots used to be 44 before they introduced the bubinga and metallic reptile hide options. Then they got upped and you had to repurchase the new bags on the marketplace. I have hope.

More items in your bank causes lag. Well, that's what's been said over the years. Maybe moving to 64 bit will alleviate the lag and make bigger bags possible.

I have every single 66 slot bag in my bank and house vault full, as well as my shared bank, of stacked heirloom and no-trade items and I have no issues with lag.

The only time I struggle with lag is if I put 1,000+ items in the exact same location at the same time and stand next to it, or if there's server lag or a memory leak in the matrix. The first being a product of my own actions.

now imagine everyone doing that with 150 slot bags in every slot, in every bank, guild bank, house vault

i just dont see it happening

The largest bag in the entire game is still the 88 slot given from the Chaos Descending tradeskill questline. I don't know if they can even make anything larger, but you really should start going through and throwing away outdated equipment and quest items if you no longer need them.

It isn't just you playing a single player game. See Bludd's comment above.

I appreciate your assumptions and opinions as to what I keep in my bank, but you are very wrong about the contents. I can assure you that I am aware of the 88 slot bags, in fact the first 88 slot bag was the Bag of Dirty Tricks, and I have that as well as the tradeskill one. There are many things that people consider valuable enough to keep, and not destroy, that are more than just armor and quest items. I make use of every option available to all players. This is a request for larger bags, not a request for assistance in how to manage my inventory or input from others on what I should or should not keep or consider valuable enough to keep. I am extremely well versed in organization in the game, in all facets of the options available to all players.

If you don't want larger bags, that's your choice. There are many of us that do. You can agree to disagree, and they can choose to give us larger bags or not. I don't yuck other people's yum in the game, I would appreciate the same in kind.

There is absolutely no harm in asking.

I've asked about 3 times in the last 6 months for larger bag recipes for Tailor/Carpenter but I keep getting told no also. Denmum has responded to each of my inquiries over on discord with uncertainty, but stating it's unlikely.

I'd be very much happy with just 52 or 56 slot bag recipes on Tailors, and same for carpenters on boxes.

Could also use larger salesman crates on broker for the specialized item types and general capacity that are player made.

These were one of the hallmark reasons for being a carpenter or tailor in the first place, make your own containers, and sell them to other players.

infusers used to take up generally half a bag, all these "Fill in the blank with your favorite expletive" temp adorns (and most being 100% useless to anyone for anything) taking up 4 full bags of space is stupid. I'd destroy them except I keep thinking I might make an alt and use them on a low level toon. A depot that can hold Heirloom would be SUPER (and another one for patterns.....)

I hope we can get more people on board! I also hope the upcoming x64 swap helps put stuff back on the table.

I am appreciative of the existing depot sizing changes to higher max counts and for the fuel stack sizing increases we've seen, but we truly do need more.

holy cow you guys must really have miserable lives if you're going to jump all over one of the nicest people in this game for nicely asking for a new recipe for QOL purposes. not like she's actually expecting it to happen she's just asking. making a request is hardly a crime

We all know that the request is shooting too high but she's not wrong for asking. Aim high and they just might increase the crafted recipes by 10. Don't ask and you get exactly what you don't ask for. Nothing. Keep your head high above the bs OP those of us that know who you are know your heart is in the right place. Most def agree with Mocha here she's one of the coolest helpful and generous people I ever met on this game.

ngl could use bigger crafted bags

I'm not saying we shouldn't have larger bags-- I'm just questioning if it's possible. I've heard of there being technical limitations on these things in the past.

If you have free slots on your broker you can get eucalyptus furniture shelves which hold 96 house items. I store all my house items, that aren't heirloom or no-trade, there. I know this doesn't replace larger bags, which I also would love to see added as recipes for my tailor and carpenter, but it helps.

Curb your hoarding. The 100 slots or more are unrealistic, no matter how many times we ask, and we all asked over the last few years.
That is why they looked into and implemented stacking items that previously were not stackable, bigger stacks of existing stackables and depots for so many items. Huge depots, seriously huge depots.

Yes, I am aware that asking for 100 - 150 slots is a lot. It's an attention grabber. Realistically, I have no doubt that 10 or even 20 slots would be the best hope.

Telling people how they should manage their inventory based on your own preferences or being disrespectful is uncalled for.

    As I said above:
This is a request for larger crafted bag recipes, not a request for assistance in how to manage my inventory or input from others on what I should or should not keep or consider valuable enough to keep. I am extremely well versed in organization in the game, in all facets of the options available to all players.

If having larger bags to store whatever you find worth storing is something you're interested, reply to the post and leave a like on the top. Otherwise, please follow the forum rules and contribute constructively and not destructively to the conversation.

The letter was written with respect and, while I am thankful that some of the more disrespectful posts have been removed, if it's not something that interests you please move on.

You have no idea what I have in my bags, or what it is that I find worthy of keeping, and quite frankly it's none of your business. Just because my forum name insinuates my love of housing, doesn't mean that's all that's in my bank.

Just like people who ask for mounts, new content, housing features, mercenary wardrobes, etc. I have the right to ask for something as simple as a slight quality of life upgrade that we haven't had in years.

There is absolutely no harm in asking.

I agree with you Mythical, every time my tailor or carpenter leveled their crafting, I looked at what they could make and prayed for at least 50 slots.
