When I swap to a 2.7% potency cloak with a 1% potency turq adorn, my potency should go up to 68.9%, but instead it goes down to 67.9. I don't have the other adorns from the merchant to check, but I'm assuming they all are the same and don't give the stats like they should.
Thanks for flagging this Alkaline. The PvP writs were seen as a big lifeline to Tarinax, but sadly the rewards that began just as underwhelming now seem (at least some of them, perhaps all) not to work at all. It would be fantastic if the team could ensure the adorns work, boost the stats a little, add in a few more to choose from and consider adding in a third writ zone (Castle Mistmoore). This would be much appreciated by the Tarinax population.
Hmmm. So in theory it *should* work anywhere. Did you check in player housing? It's possible that it isn't granting the stats in the right zones, but that doesnt explain the stat loss. Is your potency the same with neither cloak equipped? It *should* be 65.2, in theory.
The issue on these was an errant predicate that prevented the stats from applying, because the predicate was impossible to be met. The next update will have the fix for them.
