What happens on Test, stays on Test. Test is its own microcosm, little bubble with no way out. Test gets perks and bonuses that regular live servers don't get, therefore is not transferrable. If you, or anyone else new, just started on Test, and are not sure if this is the place you wanna stay on, don't claim or buy from market anything unique, 1 per account, etc. Whatever you get on Test stays on Test.
I was a transfer to Test lol (they had a one-time offer that came with broken promises and quite a few fell for it back in 2005) It was not all it was cracked up to be.
They use to have 2 servers Test, and Testcopy. Every once in a while they would clear testcopy out, then start again. I can't remember when the nuked the testcopy server forever, but it was kinda fun (but the upkeep and databases were probably insane, when you /testcopy 'ed your toon, it would bring along your guild [I guess if you were one of the bosses there]) I think it was kind of a beta (but that was back in the SoE days). That is my 2 cents.
Test copy sounds like what they call Beta now. If there was a Beta too back in those days, I would say the concept was redundant, so they got rid of one of them,
