My look and feel today is casual with itchy eyes. The smoke from all the wildfires has gotten to me.

My niece is working for a game company in the Bay Area and I sent her and her husband smoke filtration masks to wear at home. She says they work well enough that she's not blowing black stuff out of her nose anymore.

they need a good soaking a good rain should clear that all out , I hope for them it rains soon .

The problem with rain clouds in that area, also brings lightning. So that could cause more fires.

not if everything gets soaked I lived in California and I tell you , It never rains in California , man let me warn you it pours man it pours .

I saw a satircal travelogue cartoon years ago. It showed a squad of soldiers marching in the pouring rain. The voice over said basically, 'and look at these smiling soldiers marching in that lovely California sunshine !'.
