Please Use Small Words

    Can you explain to me how we have a patch this Thursday outside of the 2 week schedule that officially started 2 days ago, and we couldn't have patched EoF on schedule last Thursday?

    I don't want to directly accuse DPG of having no credibility, clearly I must just not be savvy enough to understand why its possible today but not last week.

    Maybe use small words?

    it was a hot fix to address a problem or problems that just could not wait till the next maintenance .

    Those problems were more significant than delivering an expansion on time? Interesting.

    It was to fix something on live, so yes of course it was more significant than anything TLE related ;)

    A hot-fix is an update to the executable and doesn't require data updates either on the front end or back end databases. From a QA standpoint this is much much safer.
