OK, not sure if this is a bug, but I cannot figure it out. With this mount equipped, whenever I zone I get a message, "The current mount appearance item cannot be used with this mount." I cannot find a mount appearance item anywhere. Any ideas what this could be? Doesn't affect game play at all (I don't think) so this ain't exactly urgent. Thanks
if you can equip it and it shows up , don't worry about it , it's been that way for the whole time. I got the dragon in the appearance slot because it's just for looks, but if you can use it , it does not matter. The appearance slot is the right one and the real mount slot is the left one , so you can have a mount for the stats and one that you like the looks of .
This specific mount won't accept an appearance mount, for some reason. As Schmet said, as long as you don't have another mount in the right mount slot, you shouldn't be receiving this message.
