Account to Account transfers

    I was attempting to move a character to my secondary account and I received a message stating that the request failed. Do I need to have stationcash on my account or a credit card on file?

    You will need to have the station cash purchased on the account you will be transferring the character from.

    And an empty slot on the account you are transferring the character to. Here is some information I found on another forum post and the wiki:

    This is a courtesy message that has been generated based on you selecting the category: Character Transfer Service.

    To successfully transfer a character, you must complete the following form. Once you reply back, your ticket will be placed in our queues. Our character transfer specialists will review your transfer request as soon as possible.

    Please ensure the Character being transferred has all items removed from the Shared Bank. Items in the Shared Bank do not transfer with the character. If there are any items you wish to keep with this character, please move those items to your Personal Bank.

    Keep in mind if you are not able to verify the source account we will not be able to process your character transfer request.

    From the wiki:

    Please review the following stipulations and make sure that all prove true:
    ◾ Account must be open, active and in good standing for a minimum of 60 days.
    ◾ Your All-Access Subscription has to be active for at least 31 days in a row.
    ◾ Character must be level 10 or higher.
    ◾ Destination account must have the equal amount or more expansions as the source account and an available character slot.
    ◾ All items on the consignment (broker/fence) that your character owns must be completely removed, including money and containers.
    ◾ All items owned by the character must be completely repaired.
    ◾ No mail should be present in the mailbox for the character, regardless of read status. Please file a petition to remove any ghost mails if any. Use the command /clear mailbox to delete all mail.
    ◾ The character should be clear of all experience debt.

    From the Darkpaw FAQ:

    Payment must be made from the source account.
    •Items and coin in your Shared Bank will stay on your original server (and account).
    •Your character will be removed from their guild (Server to Server transfers only.)
    •Please note that transfers are typically not allowed on special rules servers.
    •You may not use the transfer service to bypass account restrictions, suspensions, or bans.

    Account to Account transfers are now available on the following servers: Skyfire, Isle of Refuge, Halls of Fate, Antonia Bayle, Fallen Gate, Maj’Dul, and Thurgadin.
    They will not be available on the following servers: Kaladim, Nagafen, Drunder.

    Prerequisites for Account to Account Transfers
    •Two Factor Authentication must be enabled, and the same information utilized on both accounts.
    •The Country for both accounts must be the same.
    •Both accounts must be active and in good standing.

    Hope this helps. You can get all the required information by clicking the blue button on the character you wish to transfer, it should give you a list of what you need to do in order to transfer the character to another account, there is no token to purchase for account to account transfers.

    It is not a DB Cash purchase. It is 50.00 up front purchase.

    And everything has to MATCH down to capitalization. At least it did when I did it, or it will constantly fail.

    It is definitely a DB Cash purchase. You need to have the DBC in account to perform the transfer. (is actually 4499 as a member) I have done several Act transfers over the last few months.

    Then they must have changed it. When I split my account up it was a blue button and it opened the info page along with payment option which was a credit card on file. I was never given a DB cash option. This was of course last may/june
