No... we had individual apprentices that you stuck in your house and cued to do research.

A server effort event, I'm very intrigued.

These are great! At least they have been in the past.

Seems only house items. I would love to see NO-TRADE versions of current recipes that seem to elude many of us, offered as well from the merchants.:D

You are more than welcome to PM me suggestions. Can't promise they will make the cut but I can take a look and run it by the team.

Just wanted you to know I love the new quests! You did a great job with them :) I couldn't see the one npc in rivervale but when I went to bb then back to rivervale she was there so everything went smoothly after that. It must matter what order you go visit them...I went first to steamfont then gfay, then bb, and last rivervale for it to work.

the new "apprentices" only research elysian recipe books??? wheres the chroniclers? .....wow.... ::fighting to hold my tongue:: ....so disappointing to see yet more raider only usable items....and crafting ones at that

I believe you are mistaken. Thus far, the only non-house-item recipe the researchers have produced is for the Mischievous Nail of Durability, which is crafted with normal adorning materials.

The rewards given for the researchers' missions are quite diverse. The Elysian potion/poison recipes are crafted with normal Elemental overland rares and raws. Super-nice tack recipes are dropping, but look: so are the patterns for those recipes. I've gotten three Elemental overland rares, Fragments of Planar Energy, etc. Who is to say that ingredients for the Mischievous recipes won't also drop? I certainly haven't done enough missions yet to have a good statistical universe.

Every time I get something new as a mission reward, I've been adding it to the wiki (link above). Here's what I've seen as Anchorage mission rewards thus far:

I wish I'd been keeping track of my rewards as thoroughly as you have. I received a different Grandmaster and a different Ancient recipe book than you did, so I'd guess that all of the Planar Grandmaster/Ancient books can drop.

I just pop them into the wiki every time I come back from a round of missions and get something new.

The Mischevious Hackamore of Harvesting pattern has shown up on the broker, but I have never heard or seen the recipe book.

I assume you mean the recipes for those runes? I would be very surprised if the actual runes dropped. But that would be awesome if they did. :>

The recipe and pattern are possible rewards for the 'pq' requisitions.

I assumed so, but after over 1k quests in the Anchorage I have never seen either, and the recipe book hasn't even been seen on the broker or through data mining.on the various sites.

The recipes are heirloom, just like all the mount gear recipes this expac.

I don't know how many people on IoR are running the quests. I don't think they're the type of thing people are likely to take over to IoR to sell as the recipes are useless without the rare 'pattern' drop as well.

Those are the recipes, the recipe book has the exact same name as the rune.

Nice! Since you have done more than a thousand missions for the Anchorage, you should have some new Achievements in the Tradeskill category.

    I've got:
    • Researcher's Helper I (25 missions)
    • Researcher's Helper II (100 missions)
    • Researcher's Helper III (250 missions)
What are the subsequent achievements after III, and how many missions do each take to complete?

The Anchorage came out on the 16th (counts on fingers) 9 days ago (ignoring waiting for the servers to come back up, time spent doing the access quest etc.) The missions reset every hour, so there's been 216 hours... wow, how do you multibox harvesters?
