    I've been playing for about a month on FG - no problems.
    But now that I am on Kaladim, I keep crashing to Desktop (every 1-20 mins).

    The error from the Windows Applications log is:

    Code:
    Faulting application name: EverQuest2.exe, version: 1.0.0.1, time stamp: 0x5c8d366a
    Faulting module name: EverQuest2.exe, version: 1.0.0.1, time stamp: 0x5c8d366a

    I've tried:
    * Rebooting
    * Updating GFX drivers
    * Downgrading GFX drivers
    * Changing GFX-card
    * Running EQ2 without custom UIs
    * Reinstalling EQ2 - on a different HDD
    * Running Windows Memory Diagnostic (no errors)

    I am running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, version 1809, build 17763.379
    GFX is GTX 1070, was GTX 660 Ti
    24 GB ram
    650 GB / 15 GB of free HDD space

    Any ideas of what is wrong ?
    Any additional information I can provide ?

    Since it was running all right before, I assume that you have DirectX 9.0c installed as well as the current version?

    Have you validated files from the Launchpad? Something might not have downloaded correctly, or become corrupted.

    Sure hope you can get this fixed!

    dxdiag says DirectX version 12 - but I let EQ2 install 9.0c.

    I've tried verifying - and doing a brand new install with a newly downloaded EQ2-installer.

    I'm getting the same thing, Log below. I never played EQ2 and wanted to give it a try but it keeps crashing randomly before I even get off the Far Warden?(boat).

    I play it all the time and never have Crashes, so the problem is most likely some configuration you have or a bad file.

    In the launcher click the settings in the bottom left. Under one of the options it says "Download full game". I did that and got it working. Played for a few hours with zero crashes or issues

    The solution I found was to run it in Win 7 compatibility mode.
