If you as a mystic could choose what you would think would make sense to have as an orange rune what would it be. We all know the current one is well lacking to say the least. Don't go crazy with way overpowered options, post what would really make sense.

Roa. Does anyone even use that anymore and if you say for the prestige then you're wasting a lot of points. Groupwide bolster will be overpowered due to the fervor and time addition from our epic spell. Bleedthrough is here to stay. Increase to stampede and group fervor plus overcap on it might not be bad because of the recast on it, but most damage comes from ascensions. What about making Oberon raidwide castable and maybe add fervor and overcap to that ?
Oberon is meh as well. once again the defiler rune is OP af and we get stuck with sh*#@* torpor minus 12 haste and 25 movement. Either a well enhanced group dps\utility increase or make torpor groupwide with fervor+cap or large damage proc
Raidwide Stampede with 300% damage boost, groupwide Torpor & Ancestry. Would be a decent start to try match Defiler cloak imo
The only healer cloak that even in shouting distance of the defiler cloak might be the fury cloak....
Raidwide Stampede would just cause raid lag, and would then be banned like the Warlock cloak. Group Torpor isn't a bad idea at all. Maybe even put a little 5 fervor on torpor too, just for the fun of it.
I'm not trying to compare cloaks.. hands down furies has best for dps and defilers have best for heals.. I get it... i'm asking what is reasonable to at least be better than what we have. Group torpor, cool... group bolster.. overpowered... group oberon.. could be promising.. oberon being raidwide castalbe.. promising. We can sit here and complain about how to compare with other cloaks, when the fact of the matter is, it doesn't matter what the others have. What abilities do you think that would be useful and good without being overpowered. Some good suggestions so far and some off the wall, crazy stuff. Be logical about it.
lol don't highjack my thread.. if you have issues with it, start one and figure out what would be great for your class. I don't know wardens that well
RoA is useless, maybe make our Ancestry buff a group buff for inc trigger%. that would be very helpful yet not overpowered. Outside of that, group torpor + fervor or longer duration/groupwide oberon.
Raidwide Torpor+Oberon+Stampede all in one spell. Call it Legacy of the Ancients or whatnot. (Touch of Covfefe)
Given that this same discussion happened when the class cloaks came out in ToT and they've made no substantive changes between those cloaks and these adorns... the chances they'll listen this time when similar/same things are pointed out again is vanishingly small
what's crazy or illogical about wanting something to match the OP fury and defiler cloak. since theirs wont get nerfed and ours wont get fixed, options are betray, reroll or take getting screwed over another year.
because we're not a defiler or fury... if you want to play one of those go play one of those. I'm looking and trying to get something useful to what we do. Group torpor or oberon would be great. Our current rune sux and we all know this. As stated above these threads were present when cloaks came out and people complained. That's the problem.. people complain. Also stated above leave as is and florish.. You are correct, mystics can still florish however it would be nice to have something remotely useful and benefit us and/or the raid. When you whine/moan that other classes are better than you, ask yourself, what are you doing to make yourself better. Mystics are still viable and well used in this expansion. Well played mystics can still heal well and dps well. Those out there that use a heal parse to compare themselves are doing it wrong. In the end, did you keep your group alive.. cool then you did your job. And even with the rune and bleed through defilers still have rough times on mobs. It is what it is. You're not a fury, you're not a defiler, heck you're not even an inquisitor that parses 1 billion plus lol. Problem is from the sounds of it, you want to be the best healer and dpser class combined. Have to have some separation.
A nerf may happen. Who did though they would nerf defiler epic spell (+80% spell damage +100% hate mod) to a spell that no longer work on ascension, so it just basicly boost your hate mod. Yes, +80% ascension damage was really powerfull, but not much more OP than Celestial gate or rising tide.
