TFA Login Rejected?!

So one can not log into the Game using TFA, nor can one log into the Account management using TFA; then were I to submit a Support Ticket, one has to log in, which is rejected,...

TFA = Two Factor Authentication

I can not get in either with TFA. I was in game, got disconnected when zoning in OB1 and cant gent back in. i even tryed flushing my DNS.

I can log into my second account that does not have TFA.

same here, other account w/o TFA got in.

and take note, when attempting to log into Account Management/Support with my non-TFA account to submit a Support Ticket here is the result:

log in attempts made with both the LaunchPad, and everquest2.exe, same login failures.

I do not get a password error, i get could not process your request.

Actually "there was an error processing your request. Did you get dumped from game while playing?

I was able to log into support with second account and they tweeted 19hrs ago that they were looking into a problem with people not being able to log in

I was logged in for hours also, when i zoned out of
Wizard's Den i got disconnected.

Still borked. Please fix this. Now TFA is too secured as its owner can't even get into the account.
