Not really a Win 10 problem, I dont have that problem. As for firewall, that it could be. I dont know. You might try over in the support forums though someone who knows more about computers may be able to help you here also.
Nope, it is because you installed the default to streaming client... Launch the patcher, then click the crossed wrenches bottom left. I think it is under 'Select Version', select Full version or something similar. Unfortunately the setting vanishes once you select Full version, so I don't remember what it is called, but its in there somewhere.
