It would seem that Redemption's Folly is bugged. When I speak to Karrabukk he says "I asked Kitkalla to escort you away from here. Why have you not left?" I get the option to respond "Well...." and then nothing......
After you choose "Well..." look around you for Kitkalla for the "Listen" dialogue option, and continue going through Kitkalla's and Karrabukk's dialogue from there.
ok found a way to fix this you need to stand next to Kitkalla on the left /target Karrabukk press h this makes him move onto his web the quest will than update p.s Chrol you may want to take a look at this as this looks like the red book mesh problem
Same issue happens on occasion with NPCs standing on something above ground level. The /target <NPC name> trick you mentioned is the... trick.
Just took my second character through Redemption's Folly today and had no problem with the dialog boxes. The first character ran the quest a couple of months ago and the Elder was hiding beneath his, uh, web. Ye olde /tar <name> worked easily and quickly. NPCs falling through planes happens ))
bad news chrol Karrabukk has bugged again and now even the /target does not work this was in zone 1. moved to zone 2 of instance and bingo he worked its defo the red book bug defo think you guys need to drop him off that web for the time being
What server are you on? Is Karrabukk sitting under his web, or is he sitting correctly, within his web hut? ~ Kaitheel
Can't get quest to update on Splitpaw. Same problem. Can target and hail him but just get a "Well" option. Karrabukk is sitting in his web hut. Unable to progress questline as there is no dialogue from Kitkalla
