Skyshrine City faction merchant

    I can not find the Skyshrine City faction merchant.
    Must be looking in the wrong place anyone help ?

    The Faction Merchant is in "The Ancient City of Dracur" also known as the "Past" version of Dracur. You have to take the portal in the main area into the past then head back to the Covenant District. The merchant is in the back on the left where all the stalls are in the main-plaza back there.

    Thanks Estred.
    It would seem that while I have enough faction for the Merchant. I do not seem to be able acess that part of SkyShrine.

    The questline for Dracur that starts with one of the Droag's in the tent will lead you to it. You may need a few friends to help you though as it is a Heroic level Questline.

    If you finish the quest line you also gain a flying mount and access to the Skyshrine Mercenaries of which Archon Construct is one of the most widely used mercenaries.
