No-Trade House Items to Heirloom/Tradeable

What No-Trade house items would you like to see become Heirloom or Tradeable?

Please list your top five choices, with #1 being your "GIMMEGIMMEGIMMEGIMME NOW!" choice and #5 as your, "Yeah, I'd love to see this happen eventually" choice.

You have a little under a week to think about this, as on Sunday, August 18, I will be sending an ordered list of the top 50 (Yes, fifty. This is not a typo. They plan to gradually look over most/all of the items as they have time, but they want to know which items we want to see NOWNOWNOWNOW) items decorators want to see become Heirloom or Tradeable to the Devs.

I will ignore all posts that are not in list format! I'm sorry guys, but I know people are going to go wild over this. If you don't list your items with numbers in front, I'm just going to skim over it. This is to save me work.

Please make sure you list the item name as it is listed in-game. To be even nicer, list it with the aITEM link. The easiest way to do this is to go to EQ2Furniture.com and search for the item you are interested for. Copy the link and paste it here.

Please do not request that a specific item be Heirloom or Tradeable. That decision is up to the Devs.

Do not list more than 5 items! I will ignore any items more than 5.

How about /remove no trade from all house items that are not convertible(meaning stuff like HQ items that can be converted back into something adv. usable).

Then maybe one day get rid of convertible stuff and just add house items separately for them.

The eventual plan is that they're going to examine every No-Trade house item to determine what the best course of action for it will be (Heirloom or Tradeable--I'm assuming adding new items wasn't brought up as that'd take the participation of yet more Devs, rather than just reflagging existing items). However, they want to do this in an order that we find pleasing. Otherwise, they're just going to start going down the list, releasing a few items a week as/if they find time in between fixing urgent bugs and releasing new content.

So to expedite the process for house items we really want to see become Heirloom or Tradeable, we're doing the list. As they work their way down this list, if it works well, I'll put out a call for another list. If it doesn't, I'll be leaving it up to Dev discretion to decide what to do when.

And yes, I'm already in email contact with the Devs about this, so this isn't just me being hopeful. It is happening.

We've already seen it happen with the Crook Cook quest items. More are on the way.

Good thing to know, but why not just do the "Cancel Smilies" bit, or however it's done? Would that stop 'em? :-/

I'd like to see all house items that are NOT LoN, Marketplace, or One Per Character from SOE Live/ Collector's Editions be made trade-able.
LoN, Marketplace, and One-Per-Character items (imo) should be heirloom.
I agree with Cloud on the no trade - that should be reserved for items that can be converted to/from house items.

I must admit, I don't know the exact names for these (help!), it's been so long, but there are probably more than a few items that only came from the old Racial Quests from the suburbs that were cruelly and inexplicably yanked away from us. Are all these old things available for sale from city merchants, because I can't get back into my old Kerra starting area (Nettleville) for any love or money... and I have any number of new toons that never got the chance to get their respective ones. I'll bet there's at least 5 of such items, and even if they weren't ever house items, it would be nice to be able to convert them, like with the HQ stuff (since they are now only part of history...), and make them Brokerable or Heirloom. :-/

I am totally a visual person so I went to Lera's site eq2furniture.com and click on each of the categories (tables, chairs, etc.) one by one looking for no-trade items and I copied their \aITEM link to a notepad file. Then after going through all the categories I looked at my notepad list and just kept 5 of the ones I liked best. I did find 2 that were no question numbers 1 and 2 so I just picked items for 3, 4 and 5 at the end. Hope that helps.
