Hey guys google and searching the archived forums is failing me. What is the name of the house item that makes the ghoul popup on screen waving his arms? (The same guy that pops up at the end of the nights of the dead haunted house.)
It's called a "scare" crow. Searching it that way on the broker brings up nothing. To search this item on the broker just search for scare and you'll find it. It's a reward from a Nights of the Dead quest.
