With Chains of Eternity, crafters got 3 2 1 useful abilities. Experimentation, Refining, and Mass Production. Hey 1 out of 3 ain't bad.
Refining gives 10% better stats. Experimenting gives 10% to 5 stats or nearly 20% to one. And they stack and can be switched in and out in prestige makeup. What's wrong with that? I think they're great!
