Not A Bug Your account has been banned ... and then not ?

    Logged in to EQ for the second time today and got the message "Your account has been banned". Attempted to log into the Daybreak website and got the same thing. Needless to say this was a little unsettling as I have been playing this game since 1999 and have not engaged in any of the following and I pay via Steam - no credit card on file (Chargebacks below)
    • Disputed Charges (Chargebacks) (click for more info)
    • Fraud Prevention
    • Using 3rd party software or cheat programs to gain an unfair advantage over other players
    • Modification of your computer or OS environment in an attempt to falsify or circumvent anti-cheat detection.
    • Exploiting bugs or game mechanics
    • Harassing other players
    • Inappropriate language and conduct
    • Scamming another player
    • Farming resources to sell illegitimately, creating an imbalance in the game economy
    • DCUO players that were migrated to ProSieben Games will need to use their migrated account
    I tried to log into the game and Daybreak account multiple times and got the banned message even after closing and reopening web browser. About 30 minutes later everything was fine.

    So what happened I'm wondering ...
