Just a thought, Can you take / modify the HA system that scales and use that across the board for a new server. Start Chars at Level 1 and keep them there. Make encounters scale to your group/solo/molo level. EXP goes into advancing. Armor AA Class Spells Weapons Fun stuff No progression stuff. All levels up to your expansion are available. Make weapon/armor drops 'vanity' items with no stats to collect 'looks' for character. Keep class restrictions in place. i.e, cloth, chain 1hb etc. Vast content to play from. Scaling XP and encounters and variety to spend XP without creating dead zones. Maybe throw in encounter AA, that give something for raid kills. Just a thought....
