[Yelinak] <Without Regret> EST Open World and AoC Raiding Guild

<Without Regret> is Yelinak’s top open world and AoC raiding guild.

We have the best geared toons on the server. We clear content quickly and efficiently and have a great time doing it. We are not the biggest guild and we have no desire to be the biggest guild, but we killed more open world raid targets in Kunark, Velious, and Luclin than anyone else. We are continuing this in PoP and we are always looking for good players to come join us.

Weekly raid schedule

AoC - We clear all of the most rewarding content each lockout. We do in one night what many other guilds take two nights to do. We will split DZs where it make sense to do so, but most of the time we all raid together. We all get keyed together. We don’t have an A Team and a B Team, just an A Team.

Open world – Don’t have time to make every AoC night? Don’t sweat it! Join in one of our many OW raids. We batphone between the hours of 8am-11pm EST. We do not expect you to abandon your real-life to respond to a batphone. This is just another fun opportunity for raiding and loot. Open world targets are called and killed quickly and efficiently. No one does this better on Yelinak than we do. This is really what sets us apart from other guilds in terms of gear.

DKP - Our members earn DKP for both AoC and open world kills. We use a closed bid DKP system (on opendkp.com) where you pay the second place bid +1 if you win. Raid boxes and recruits are also included in this system. Priority for bidding is main raiders > raid boxes > recruits. We set a DKP cap at the start of each expansion so that new raiders can catch up quickly and long-time raiders are encouraged to spend most of their DKP in the era they earn it.

Raid attendance – We require 25% raid attendance between AoC and open world raids during the 10-day new recruit period and ongoing to maintain raider status. This number is lower than what many other guilds require due to the sheer volume of raiding we do each week. With 25% required RA, you don’t have to be a no-lifer to raid with us, but we do ask you to bring your best when you’re here.

Boxes/Alts - We are a box friendly guild. Players that can run a raid box effectively are encouraged to bring it to raids with their main. Raid boxes have their own DKP they can use for bidding on items. Mains are given priority to raid boxes when raids get full, when bidding on loot, when handing out keys, etc.

Classes – We focus on recruiting quality players. There may be times when we prioritize recruiting of certain classes over others but we really encourage players to play the class(es) they want to play. Players are allowed to change or swap their mains and/or raid boxes once per expansion, subject to approval.

Fun – Our Discord is full of laughter and fun. We have good times playing this 20+ year old game together. We like killing things and taking their stuff. Our voice chat does get spicy (nsfw), but it’s all in fun and we don’t put up with toxicity of any kind.

• Please don't come to a raid in banded...Try to keep your gear up-to-speed or at the very least ask someone for help
• A positive attitude and a sense of humor

We don’t expect our members to have prior experience with every raid in the game. We do expect our members to be prepared, to pay attention and learn, and to work together. We are having fun but when it’s time to focus and get something killed, we do that.

In the first two weeks of Luclin, we accomplished a lot!

- 5 Emperor kills
- 6 Cursed
- 4 Aten
- 61 other Vex Thal bosses
- 3 Seru
- etc, etc.

Most of these are open world.

We had 3 contested open world fights and we won them all.

Amazing guild. Always willing to help those in need.

WR is absolutely smashing it out of the park with a tight knit raid force in Luclin. We full clear VT in 4 hours, and that's ALL of VT, not leaving one boss up or doing it over 2 nights. We also take out a lot of OW VT spawns.

We strike fast and hit what's up, we won't expect you to waste hours of your life sitting in an empty room waiting for something to spawn.

If you're a skilled player that feels like your efforts are being wasted, come join the winning team. Slackers need not apply though.

We are at the point where VT loot is going to boxes, come jump on the loot train. Our app period is only 10 days instead of the normal 2 weeks.

Oh and we basically only have 1 Paladin and 1-2 Necro's coming to raids regularly, just sayin.

We got 4 more open world kills in VT today. That is our average PER DAY in OW VT since Luclin launched.

Good competition is definitely a good thing to have. Keeps the server healthy for many expansions to come!

Guild is quite friendly; more so than I expected. Batphones are reasonable and optional. Really enjoying it!

We have been downing targets in open world VT and Ssra at the fastest rate on the server.

Our next full clear of AoC Vex Thal is scheduled tomorrow during our regular Sunday 6pm EST raid window. Every week, we do this one-night VT clear faster than the last.

I've been with WR for nearly a month now and have enjoyed every moment of it. We clear quickly and efficiently, we have a good time, and everybody gets their fair chance at the pixels. My one and only regret is having missed the chance to play with them during classic era!

I've played on a few of the TLPs and out of the guilds I have been in I've had the most fun in WR. We get things done quick. Discord is relaxed and people are usually willing to go out of their way to help others. Low requirements to stay a raider/bid. Come save time and get pixels! You won't have any ragrets

Our mains are geared, a lot of the loot is falling to our boxes, and everyone is earning dkp in AoC and open world in preparation for PoP. If you have any doubt, /inspect our toons. We will tear through PoP progression the same way we did Kunark, Velious, and Luclin. We don't leave anyone behind or leave people to their own devices to get keyed (or flagged). That's not who we are.

Welcome to our new recruits, just in time for PoP.

We are ready to go for PoP launch on Thursday!

We have had a tremendously successful PoP launch meeting all of our objectives. After the first round of flagging, all top content is fully on farm mode. As we go back and repeat, we get faster and faster each week.

Our focus has been on getting everyone flagged for everything. We will continue throughout the expansion to do backflagging for people who missed a flag, for new recruits, and boxes. We don't leave anyone behind. We don't have an A Team and a B Team. We only have an A Team.

We also have a lot of activity going on between raids. Grouping up with friends for AAs, hunting rares, and running PoTime trials for those nice drops in there. We're calling open world mobs, assembling quickly, and making them dead. It's a long expansion but we find a lot of things to do together rather than just log in 3 times a week to raid.

<Without Regret> killed 16 raid mobs in open world in the last two days.

We cleared PoFire this week in less than 90 minutes and PoWater in 45. We'll get faster each week.

Some elemental leather and silk patterns are already going for minimum bid or just above it.

I joined WR perhaps two months ago and have really enjoyed it. I couldn't see myself in another guild. They have the perfect blend of hard core raiding and real-life balance, with plenty of humor, too. Expansion launches are long but amazingly fun weekends, and after that we farm the content and load up on gear!
Experienced and New raiders are welcome, and I would encourage anyone new to raiding to give it a try; it's a blast. They have scheduled raid times but also do "batphone" raids on some days (and evenings, weekends) so there is that much more loot to go around.
