[Yelinak] <Warm Bodies> CST Raiding Guild

Warm Bodies is a Semi-hardcore raiding guild looking for more members. We are a Yelinak dedicated guild that will stick with the server through the advent of new TLPs and expansions!

RAID TIMES: 7:30 PM CST Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

LOOT: WB uses a DKP bidding system. All raid members earn DKP, however there are three tiers for DKP bidding priorities:

1. Mains bid first.
2. Declared Main Boxes (1 per person) bids first with a predetermined maximum bid.
3. All other Alts/Boxes must be present to bid and may only bid if no Mains or Main Boxes are bidding.
4. Remaining loot may be rolled for and taken by any box/person/ghost/loot goblin that’s interested.

For the most part the rank and file members of this guild are good, friendly folks. Entire leadership group stopped playing last week and several things in the guild have turned for the worse. I'm not advising anyone, as you haven't asked, but join this guild at your own risk. Be ready to compete with bidding against another players alts some of whom have 100's of DKP points stored up. Don't expect any support as some of the officers have toxic personalities and don't at all cost win a DKP bid on items. You will be threatened OPENLY in discord raid chat as well as targeted for future shenanigans moving forward.

I spent my DKP last night and dropped the tag. I really do not like burning bridges but I there is one player in this guild who is a "keyboard warrior" who runs their mouth and acts like a two year old all while management turns their head. A real leader would toss the bum out on his ears.

If you choose to join then good luck but if/when things turn into a s***show don't say you weren't warned.

Unfortunately, everything Rasbis said after his first sentence is incorrect. His name in game is Mikila and he is a disgruntled previous member who was universally disliked. He always had something negative to say and always brought a passive aggressive attitude to raids. Any member of the guild would confirm this. My only regret is not booting him from the guild earlier before letting him dump his dkp, but I am not going to boot people on a "hunch".

When the past leadership left, the feeling in the guild was relief and excitement as the old leadership, one player in particular, was extremely hated. The guild has flourished under the new leadership and the raid environment has taken a large step forward in terms of enjoyment and relaxed focus.

The "bidding against alts" system he speaks of is our 'Main Alt' system which allows each player to have 1 alt that can bid against mains with a maximum bid amount set relatively low. The system was discussed amongst officers, put up to a vote in the guild, and passed unanimously (with Mikila being the only 'No' vote) which is why he was so angry. This is a system that is used amongst many guilds on the server (including his new guild, Resurgence, which makes his grief that much more comical).

Our officers are all helpful and knowledgeable of the game. Mikila's unagreeable attitude continuously clashed with several members of the guild, but he had a particular vendetta against one officer, hence his post on our recruitment thread. Him dumping his dkp and running to another guild with his tail between his legs says everything you need to know about him. Not to mention, he constantly creeped out females in the guild with his tells to them, disclosing his location and discussing his mail order Russian bride? Good luck to Resurgence with him, but good riddance. Thank you for the bump.

Fantastic guild with great leadership that turned a sinking ship into a full fledged charter. I would recommend this guild if you're looking for a casual raiding guild who doesn't take themselves super serious.
