Lesson lasts 30 minutes of being outside of "no-timer" zones (such as PoK, GL, guild hall etc.). So, let's consider a scenario of 30 minutes spent wisely:
Start and do Fugue mission normally (typically takes 10-20 mins for various group rosters), before opening the chest - pop the Lesson. Once the chest opened - teleport to "no-timer" zone to regroup/reset lock-downs. If your group can - burn through Hero Forge mission, alternatively - quick burn through Door mission. Zap back to "no-timer" zone. At this stage you should have 20 minutes or so left on the Lesson buff.
You can do some other stuff while your task timers reset, and then repeat the sequence still under Lesson. While you wait in PoK for timers you can collect several AA's via RoF taskadds if you don't have other crews.
Overall, it is less than 1 hour of playtime (not continuous though) and under 1 Lesson, so it can be repeated daily. Relaxed crew gets 2 FF and 2 Door missions under 1 Lesson. Top crews can do 2 FF, 2 Hero, 2 Door missions under 1 Lesson. Hence, 400-600 AA spread.

I do have alts, so while I wait for timers my second and third (and sometimes fourth and fifth) crews do the similar cycle.

With Personas and alts it is even more intense, as those do not actually do missions and just pop-in to grab the TA, so under 30 mins of playtime they can boost more missions per Lesson.

Caveat - it takes longer actual time than 30 mins, but 30 mins of Lesson of actual playtime, so, again, repeated daily.
You can vary the sequence and mission selection based in your roster, but basic principle of AA harvesting remains.

The way multiple bonuses together work was changed at some point. My suspicion was when perks went in and they added that overall 5% exp bonus.Bonuses are now multiplicative, not additive.

Easy to see with lesson or a potion and a serverwide bonus.

Used to be, 50% bonus plus lesson meant 250% total exp, now its 300%.

I only have two accounts but do something similar. TA methods are useful here too.

Taking a SK and Rogue, do Final Fugue.

    Before opening chest, start lesson.

    Open Chest, loot trib items.

Gate out to guildhall, then zone to Shadow Haven and do Door mission. Takes about 90-100 sec depending on stuns

Open chest, loot trib and gate to guildhall.

Zone to Shar Val and do Under Siege mission. Takes about 3-4 minutes after I engage mobs.

Open chest, loot trib and gate to guildhall. Will still have almost half of my lesson left.

I normally stop there but could go do another mission like Mean Streets. That should give me 4 missions under one lesson. Easy 200AA approximately.

What I normally do is when timers up, I go back and do One Door, then Under Siege with the remainder of lesson and that gives me 5 missions under one Lesson. More AA per lesson that way.

I can only do Final Fugue in about 21 minutes, so can't re-run that one with what remains of my lesson after timers are up.

I can do another duo while waiting for timers to expire. Mage and Ranger is what I will use.

If you are efficient with your time and effort, this is a good way to farm AA. If I played more than two accounts, then I could do what is suggested here in the thread.

    Thing with that is.
Your basically boxing with a character already at max, to get those AAs.

Someone who actually is considering xp potion, they likely don't have max level characters, they don't have box army that is gonna PL themselves.

So if you deciding you gotta catchup, should I get xp potions to make it faster.
    Heck no.
    Buy a krono,
    do a /w all 125
find the toughest guild on your server, usually what guild the most 125s are in.
    buy a krono
now your /t toughguy can you do a couple missions for me, those 90 second missions in LS, I'll give you a krono. OR if you can't accept those quests, do a couple of the HA for me.

BOOM, all that AAs, heck maybe you get a gear upgrade while your at it.

    Those XP pots hot garbage.
Only use I see is on TLP,
but its smarter to buy 3 kronos and get a PL rather than buy 10 xp potions.

Try Acrylia Caverns. Outer (mobs level 40-45, actually weaker than frost giants) has ZEM (zone experience modifier) of 130%, Inner (tougher 50-55 trash) has ZEM of 160% .

Hmm, a Krono for LS missions ... That's rich. It's 10x going price for those missions. For a Krono I'd do those missions all day long. I think UKK smokes heavy synthetics.

    apples to apples

They made some changes resently, not sure exactly how it works now, but with both bonus exp and lession, AAs earned should now go over the 5AA cap per kill.
