Doomscale Husk rk3 is triggering a cooldown for Darkwater Torrent rk3. One is a spellshield and the other is a cold based rain spell, i don't think they're related or should share a cooldown at all, so maybe a bug? Edit: the reverse is also true, torrent triggers a cd on husk.
