Anyone else notice a large decrease in spell damage on tier 2 armor over tier 1 in EoK group gear?

While T1 363 to T2 358 isn't necessarily a large decrease in a 8 piece set

Although if you don't mind a unmatched set, you can get 406 spell damage by choosing high spell damage T1 slots over T2.
