I'll be charging back as well. This was Daybreaks last chance to get me back as a customer. No way they are going to be able to query all the plat, items, buffed characters and pl'd toons. We have level 12+'s in game who's only abuse was to get buffed and pull all of crushbone while getting a few heals from a 50 cleric or druid
