iam here in germany and i pay my account with my visa creditcard, here in germany will be a change in the creditcard system, so after the 14. sept we need to use Visa secure (a app/with fingerprint, etc) will DBG change his system too? Or will all stay the same, here in USA?
I doubt this will have much impact on DBG. Some things to consider are for online card payments, these requirements will apply to transactions where both the business and the cardholder’s bank are located in the European Economic Area (EEA). The business in this case - DBG is located in USA. You only need 2 out of 3 of the sca to pass so you can use pw and phone. This is done on Visa's end Recurring subscriptions are not included since they are considered “merchant-initiated” and will not require strong authentication. Guess you will have to wait and see what happens
