Why is the Loyalty vendor asking for crowns?

We are having an issue where our loyalty is at 0, and our loyalty vendor is asking for crowns to purchase goods after the crash.

Velocity=0
Loyalty Point=0

And the loyalty vendor is asking for Crowns rather than loyalty points.

This has to do with the login server being slow due to so many people trying to log in.

Max loyalty banked was set to 0 available also~

I too have Zero Crowns available on multiple accounts! I had 4kish on this account.

Haven't the loyalty points always been called "crowns"? That's how I always remember it. My notes file calls them that, going back as far as 2011.

Logging out and logging back in has fixed it in the past. Not working now?
