Why do they call it a melody?

You're putting several songs together - it should be a medley.

This true statement/observation is as old as /melody. When /melody was added (8-10 years ago?), there was a multiple page thread about this very post.

You are a little late in your observation. Most of is gave up on this when we realized it was going to stay as /melody and were happy that the Devs gave us a way to chat in the group and play.

I started a bard about a year ago... I've very slowly gotten it to level 93 now. EVERY time I set up a new MEDLEY to play, I scream in my own head about having to type "melody". And then I laugh because I know it will never change and it's just another story to tell. =P

It's not a full song though right? It's a part of a song and then it stops and another starts.

    Kanon, I think.

    I would go mad...

We can play more than one song at a time?

You have to add a melody to the medley.
