1. Accipiter Old Timer

   

   In the next few days I'll start focusing on getting a CoS. Using Rasper's spreadsheet:

   I see a lot of level 35s in Kaesora. Are the level 35 rares dropping the CoS or is it 36-39 mobs?
   
   Somehow I don't expect a lot of information forthcoming on this subject.
