hadn't realised it was limited ! I've been corrected by a druid friend, too. Useless then!
Enchanter is a rune that stacks with most their other runes so not sure why you think preventing damage is useless.
I use Cleric / Chanter / Bst / Sk daily in my game play
it's 1800 HP with a 3min casting delay
1. Crucially important and class defining. Is significant to others that you have and use it. Basically required for raiding.
C. Shadow Knight
2. Critically important for the player and should be used and is noticable by others.
3. Important. It does something useful and should be used. But lower impact and not necessarily noticable for others.
4. It does something useful but you probably won't miss it.
4. It technically does something.
5. It used to do something.
magician & beastlord should both be in category 4

Enchanter 2.0 click should have been percentage based.

What he said is exactly how it works. It's a focus effect that degrades 5% per level and after 20 levels it does nothing.
Everything counts. But yes, it's currently a bit on the disappointing level.
Poor warriors I do prefer SKs and paladins in group , but I would miss warriors if we didn't have them.
I used to use the Ranger 1.0 Earthcaller far more than i ever used the 2.0 since we have a proc buff that blocks the 2.0.
Rangers old epics were useful, the 2.0 is lame.
Slow was very useful for sure. The 2.0 click is still valuable. I never understood why the kill shot and falcon strike don't stack since they are two different effects.

Epic retains high value for being usable in raids, wherein kill shots are very hard to arrange, or impossible in the case of event starts
Lol I mixed up the two kill shots. Forget about spurred because it's just one of those buffs that is tied in.
