Where is Kronos sent after purchasing?

I purchased 3 on the website here but I don't see them anywhere in my inventory or claims or parcels window. Where would these be?

I've purchased items before but not Kronos. Would this still take 72 hrs?

Kronos are a special case so yes.

Kronos are processed in batches & have to go through the fraud protection team's checks so yeah first purchase of them can take a few days to arrive, after that you can expect them to take up to 30 hours but will usually arrive sooner during a weekday.

I think it depends on your frequency of purchase and purchase volume. Since the pandemic I’ve been playing more again and buying Krono more frequently too. At least the past three *single* Krono purchases I made were fulfilled almost instantly, like minutes. Last night about 10:30 pm EST I bought a Krono and just had to log out and log back in and it was there. But as explained the first few can take up to three days from the fraud checks. Not sure when they stop screening an account like in my case.
