Where have all the shroud boys gone

Don't mind my feeble attempt at a funny post title. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about the shroud NPCs being removed? I can't level my Gnoll Reavers Fortitude till it's put back in. Not sure if they only did this on test or if it's like this on live as well, but I just noticed they have been removed recently.

There is a message of the day that says they have been removed and to contact CS if you are in a shroud and need it removed. I have not seen anything explaining why it was done.

I've also been wondering why they were removed. Anyone know?

Things like that are typically removed quickly when an exploit is identified. Or its just causing havoc on personas?

XP exploit in one of the missions (or possibly more, but I was only told about one in particular).

I assume they will be back on the patch. Anyone check if they are back on Test yet?

I does seem strange that there was a guide event that evening, on multiple servers I think, that involved shrouding down to like level 5 I believe...and then about an hour later, the broadcast message happened about the shroudkeepers being removed.

I'm wondering if there was shennanigans involved with that event.
