There was a time that posts about player concerns were answered by DBG. Have you noticed that this has stopped? A friend of mine told me that he found information that the new owners of EQ had fired everyone that had been answering our problems. I had wondered why there was no answer to our concerns. I guess that is the answer. I, along with others, have had a major problem with the unavailability of the Swashbuckler's promised sales over the holiday weekend. I was unable to find some items at all. Others i found available for short periods of time at random intervals during the weekend. In the past the forums were monitored and our concerns were addressed. Not any more. Am I right DBG? Do you no longer care about the players?. Or is it something else entirely?
As always, they are taking much deserved time off after working many hours a day and many days in a row getting the expansion out. They do read things though, and often do not respond (especially if the subject is @dev). Source?
