We beat the When One Door Closes Raid tonight and our chest only had 1 item in it: Chain Legs Ornament of Swirling Spirits. For additional information. We wiped once and got a new instance, so there is a possibility that we gained a loot lockout during the first attempt/instance that locked us out of most loot on our second attempt/instance.
You will need to include a little bit more info than this for it to be helpful. The server, guild, and time of the raid is a good start. This post, as written, gives no helpful info for a dev to reference any relevant logs.
it's because they had a loot lockout when requesting the DZ... same thing that's happened with several DZs over the last few expansions.
<Final Empire> on Povar got hosed for loot on that raid tonight (2/5) also. Pop chest and there's three items in it, and one was an ornament.
This needs a faster timing than just "tracking". Based on how Heroic AAs have been not fixed since the expansion came out, a faster resolution is required.
After this all gets fixed I hope it gets identified who was affected by this from logs and they get some extra coins (like add up the raid vendor cost for an average chest and divide by 54).
As nice as that was, they didn't/couldn't grant conqueror credits for folks that beat T3 ToL even though than had Vanquisher achievements.
Adding more details now that not mid raid. Happened to two different guilds on The Rathe Server on different days. One guild had no loot lockout at the start. The other did. The chest spawned but it was empty. We did get all the achievements successfully and we got coin. Just an empty chest.

I wonder if anything looted during the event is causing a lockout that causes chest lock. It shouldnt but you never know with these bugs.
Just distributing coins is a lot safer though than messing directly with flags in the database, which usually has unforeseen consequences.
Still requires running a check that players were actually there. And many times the message when petitioned for such instances (loot missing, coin missing, and flags) has been: Aka. So sorry, they'll fix what broke when they figure it out, but they aren't going to give you what you should have received had it been working properly to begin with. They literally tell you to just do it again. I'd like for them to be able to address and compensate for the missing coin. I just don't see it happening based on track record.
