This happens with both the advanced loot window and original style looting. When /lootnodrop setting is set to always confirm looting no-trade items -- If you loot exactly two no-trade items at the same time, such as when you are looting all items and there are two of them, the loot no-trade confirmation box that pops up with a yes/no option doesn't do anything. It might be trying to link itself with the wrong item (first instead of second or vice-versa). Whereas if you're looting only one no-trade item, or three or more no-trade items at once, the loot no-trade confirmation box works. This has been a bug for a very long time.
